They all reached the same incorrect conclusions

How did every "authoritative" organization on the earth come to the exact same tragically incorrect conclusion, and why is it so hard for some people to acknowledge what is plainly and obviously happening? Because that would mean they were wrong about way too much. h/t @imyourmoderator
