I N G R E D I E N T S
* 1 Cup (152g) @bobsredmill Whole Wheat Flour
*1/3 Cup Skim Milk
*1 Tbsp Stevia Powder
*1Tsp Baking Powder
*1 Cup Pitted Cherries (thaw and drain if using frozen)
*1/2 Scoop (5g) @vitalproteins Collagen Peptides
*2 Tbsp @swervesweetie Granular Sugar
*1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a small skillet (7-8 inch) with 0 cal cooking oil.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, milk, Stevia & baking powder and mix together.
3. Continue kneading to form a dough and roll into a ball.
4. Roll dough as thin as you can with a rolling pin and place into small skillet. Press dough down with fingers around the inside of the skillet. Cut off excess dough along edge of skillet.
5. In a separate bowl, mix pitted cherries, lemon juice, collagen protein and Swerve sugar.
6. Pour filling into skillet and spread evenly.
7. Roll remaining dough as thin as you can cut into thin strips. Stretch over skillet horizontally then vertically to creat the classic pie “criss-cross.”
8. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
