Russia expands list of "unfriendly" countries by five more states

Russia has updated the list of "unfriendly" countries, adding to it Greece, Denmark, Slovenia, Croatia and Slovakia. This is stated in the message of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation.
Thus, there are now 48 states on the list of "unfriendly" states.

The message from the Russian government indicated that these countries are committing "unfriendly acts" against Russia, Russian companies and citizens.

"The decree involves limiting, up to a complete ban, for unfriendly countries the ability to hire embassies, consulates and representative government agencies of workers from among persons located on the territory of Russia," the order says.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, Putin ordered a list of unfriendly countries to be drawn up and punished with the ruble.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine strongly condemns the decision of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) to recognize the so-called independence of the territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine. In response, Ukraine breaks off diplomatic relations with the DPRK.
