We're all aware - sedentary living causes bad posture, decreased mobility, imbalanced muscles... And you feel tight and stiff all the time. In this video, Mitch provides a mobility flow that opens up the muscles get short and tight while we sit and work - hip flexors, hamstrings, chest, shoulders, mid/upper back. This mobility flow is best done before or after sitting for long bouts. One Round takes 5 minutes, and if you feel good then keep it rolling with 2-3 rounds.
