In this podcast Steve explains why Stephen Colbert's crew, who violated Capitol Police orders to vacate the Capitol premises, were not "insurrectionists," but that the double-standard of the DOJ's decision to not prosecute "The Colbert Nine" is a clear double-standard when compared to the actions of most January 6th defendants. He also offers some critical assessment of the new J6 documentary, "Bloody Hill," and why he feels much of their message is exaggerated and harmful to our cause.
