New York City is constructing 2,000 32-foot-tall Link5G kiosks in the outer boroughs and above 96th Street in Manhattan. They're an update of the 10-foot-tall LinkNYC kiosks that popped around the city in 2015 and have offered free Wi-Fi, calling capabilities, USB charging ports, a tablet, and a 911 button.
