One of my Bonham Style Single bass drum exercises.

I am a real big John Bonham-Led Zeppelin fan. Over the years i have developed pretty decent single pedal speed. This exercise is one of many i do to keep the foot speed up and to get even faster. I also get ideas from other drummers i watch. I use a DW 5000 pedal.

I have taken Todd Schuermans(Drummer for Styx) online course and attended one of his clinics which i suggest you do attend in the fall if possible and attended Dave Weckls 8 hour intense master class and also belong to his online school.
