#GVOS2020 - Rothara Yokosuka Story

Also called Sergioara, why it has two names, beat me! Maybe Sergio Garcia loved it so much, he wanted the cross to include his name! (?) Sometimes the naming of orchids and their reasoning behind that, is too mind boggling. I do not attribute my orchid growing obsession because I find the name changes so fascinating :)). I am very open to correction on any given ID I may post, including this one.

Anyway, this is a pretty and compact, easy growing hybrid with striking blooms that start off a bright green on the sepals and petals, & then change into this washed out yellow / green look. I always thought, it would be nice to find an outfit with all these colors combined! There is no fragrance. I have it in 100% leca in a self-watering set up.
