How to play: This deck is all based aroud ramping up the mana you need till you have 6+ and then getting out the Draconmaster Outcast and letting the magic happen! It's a 1/1 for 1 mountain that when you have 6 or more mana in play, create a 5/5 flying dragon at the beginning of your upkeep! SUPER POWERFUL! There are so many tasty goodies too in order to turn this from good to HOLY CRAP THAT DOESN'T SEEM FAIR! HAHAA!! Go haead and try it! Copy the Dragonmaster outcase and Sarkan in order to spit a ton of nice big tasty Dragons into play! LOVE DRAGONS!
