State of emergency: Schenectady, NY, A Ghost Town

This is downtown Schenectady in a state of emergency. Governor Andrew Cuomo of the state of New York ordered Schools and all non-essential businesses to close to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Downtown would ordinarily have a lot more people. As a result of the Statewide quarantine, Schenectady is a ghost town. People are ordered to stay in their house unless it's for groceries or essential workers.

Note the Fire Alarm going off.
