According to RIA Novosti, on May 9, local time, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov led the "Immortal Regiment" parade in Grozny, and more than 13,000 people participated in the parade. Kadyrov said in a document that it is a great honor to lead the parade with the victory flag, which symbolizes the strength and perseverance of the Soviet people.
