The FIRE movment(financial independence early retirement) has been largly been based on frugal living and trying to cut expences, earning more from your main job or starting a side hustle and investing as much as possible normally in low cost index funds. with everything going on with this recession how will things change?
while I don't think that index fund investing will go away and I still think it is a solid long term investment I think this might encourage people to change how they are structuring their financial plan.
