Sensei Emma Markwell is a British AND World Champion in Kyokushin Karate, and holder of many International Kyokushin Karate Tournaments. She is a member of the International Federation Karate (IFK) and British Karate Kyokushinkai (BKK). It was an absolute pleasure to speak to Sensei Emma.
