Day 11 of our ADOCAD, a deck of cards a day.

Keep at it, every day. It takes a little discipline for those who are not used to daily training, but by the end of the full deck you will have created a habit that can last a lifetime.

Today added the J♦️. That's 11 sit-ups.

Please share the video so more and more people can use this opportunity to change their fitness habits. Even friends you know are in good shape will enjoy it.

For a slow and steady build up to a full deck here's the rundown:

❤️= Burpees
♦️= Sit-ups
♠️ = Push-ups
♣️= Squats
K = 13 reps
Q = 12 reps
J = 11 reps
Ace = 10 reps
Joker = Shadow spar for any length of time you like up to 90 seconds.
10, 9, 8 etcetera = that number of reps.
