The Chanel Skirt - Easing the Waist and Quilting the Skirt

Hello! And Welcome to part 2 of this skirt project. In this episode I will be following the Claire Shaeffer method (much to my disagreement at times) in the process of gathering and easing the lining and fabric of the skirt. Then we will walk through, slowly I am sorry to say, quilting the skirt and dealing with some loose ends, literally.
