Kentucky man joins new cancer treatment trial

Hornsby was diagnosed in 2013 with non-Hodgkin’s follicular lymphoma. After 8 different treatments he was out of options and Cincinnati Jewish Hospital was able to offer him a phase 1, first in the world, clinical trial using donor T cells. One year later, he is in remission and his scans are showing no signs of disease.
