NEW YORKER Battles broken court system NYC 19th July

Artist Micah Beals has a high profile case set in Manhattan that is now months old.
His legal aid has not done his due diligence. Without Micah’s attention to detail and knowledge of the broken system he could have found himself in jail on a couple occasions.
The lawyer failed to notify him of court dates and, in this instance, he failed to remain in contact for the last five weeks with the defendant yet appears via Skype in the courtroom assuming all is well.
A gentlemanly public defender is now on the case and Beals is a free man.
The system is broken and the collusion between DAs, lawyers and judges is palpable. Don’t let it happen to you.
You’ll have to discover on your own the nature of Beals’ case to understand why NYC would like to throw the book at him. The she-devil Governor has a hand in him being harassed and “swatted” by detectives.
