TUCKER: In March of last year Joe Biden ordered all 600 federal agencies to ‘expand opportunities to register to vote.’ Agencies had 200 days to file their plans and they have done so, but the Biden admin. is keeping those plans secret. They’ve refused to respond to Congressional inquiries. Why is that?
