Our speaker for July is Dr. Richard Bartlett, Private Care Physician from Midland, Texas. He graduated from Texas Tech University health services in 1991. He has practiced general medicine, general surgery and family medicine in Midland/Odessa, Texas . He has pioneered Covid 19 treatments with a very high success rate and has taught his treatment protocol to a number of other physicians.
