Hijacked Reinvention

When I decided to quit the practice of law, I created an original concept way ahead of its time. In 2007 I founded Zesty Bites- a restaurant to serve customers whose menu preferences ranged from raw, to vegan, to vegetarian, to octo/lavo, to white meat. No products from 4-legged animals. The goal was to create a franchise. Although my enemies had other plans in store, forsaking my capacity to prosper, I created it, operated it with acclaim for a year and a half, and learned a lot from the experience.Show more

takes passion and perseverance, setting yourself the highest standards of excellence.
