Bell Reve breakout

The front entrance of Belle Reve is a barrel for Poison Ivy's special chemical. Destroy the flowers and piles of rubble in the parking lot near each minion to find the ingredients. Once the chemical is mixed and ready, approach the guard post by the gates and interact the spot in front of him.
