In spite of the hot weather, I managed to surprisingly get a pretty good night of sleep in; so I was feeling really good today. Warm ups felt great, and I was in the ZONE, so I was pretty confident I could get five reps, which was my goal. However, I managed to get to SIX! Which is my personal best with Touch N' Go reps, so that is a REALLY good sign! I was so excited in the heat of the moment, and thought that I could potentially grind out one last rep, and thus make an all time rep PR, but I JUST couldn't get it. It was pretty stupid of me, haha. I should have just taken the big win I already had, and racked it. I got GREEDY! Hopefully it will not impact my training progress too much, moving forward. Live and learn! Aside from that faux pas, I am super stoked with today's results! 🤟🏻
