As much as I love the funky growth of aerial roots, there are times, that they are better off in a pot. I NEVER cut my aerial roots on potted orchids, but I do have orchids that are not as well established in their pots, and I need more hydration and nutrition absorption to get into the orchid. For that reason, this video shows what I do to get unruly roots into a pot also the stiffer vandaceous roots that need to go into a pot until the orchid is able to better hydrate herself. After which, all aerial roots are a wonderful addition to the growth of any orchid. I hope you this video is helpful and if you have any questions... ask away! Thank you so much for watching!
