Mortgage demand at 22-year low, how much worse can it get?

Mortgage demand has for sure sunk. I've never had so much time on my hands as an LO. Is it scary? No, its what I expected. Its what SHOULD be happening given the circumstances. Does this mean we're going to crash? Not by itself no. But it does mean 2 things... #1 - Buyers have the upper hand in the market finally.
