In response to all the questions I get on social media with people asking what plate carrier I use and how I have it set up, I'm doing this video. If you are a new plate carrier owner, you may find some value in watching. If you are a seasoned tactical ninja and a master keyboard warrior, this video is most likely not for you.

As stated in the video, I'm just a dude who spent 13 years on the front lines as a full-time police officer. During that time I learned very little. Most of my training came after I left the police force. I did, however, become a certified firearms instructor while a police officer.
