There is corruption in politics using Gerrymandering and we need term limits

Let's talk a little about gerrymandering. Congressional district lines are being drawn by voter population, not by boundaries or streets. This is how corruption is bread. We need to stop that and we need to have term limits. There's no reason why a representative should become a millionaire while serving in the house.
