Sri Lanka's president elect 'always opposed' Rajapaksas

Ranil Wickremesinghe told reporters on Wednesday (July 20) he has always opposed the influential Rajapaksa family. The veteran politician who has been prime minister six times in his career told reporters he was a friend of the people and that he would find a way out for the country's worst economic crisis in decades.
