We’re going in a different direction…after serious contemplation we are going to cut the YouTube channels to 1…it will be the Deerwood Realty Channel.

We discuss the general real estate market here right now in St. Louis. While it seems to be slowing down elsewhere, it doesn’t seem to be really slow here.

John has a listing coming up this weekend. Where has he been? Between representing buyers and sellers and making significant changes to the website, there just hasn’t been a lot of time to do a livestream. We should be back on schedule soon.

Today on the livestream, John talked about the disturbing story out of Philadelphia, where two young children were treated badly by “Rosita” of Sesame Street. Who knew that we could fight about the actions of stuffed children’s characters, but here we are.

We moved on to a fascinating article by Mike DelPrete where he discussed a metric that shows the iBuyer OpenDoor adjusting to the marketplace with their purchases, unlike Zillow’s doomed iBuying program where they were just buying to lose money in the end.

Finally, a story everyone can relate to. A neighbor using cat feces to send a message. What is the message the neighbor was trying to send? We have no idea…all we know is that the police were called and left their business card at the residence.
