Did CHOP "Security" Brutally Execute Unarmed Black Teen?

CHOP "security" or "defense" gunned down two black teenagers driving a white jeep inside the autonomous zone. CHOPsters claim this was done in self defense but as of this recording have provided no substantial evidence that at the time the two youths arrived at the place their jeep came to a stop and was unable to move anymore that they posed any threat of grievous bodily harm or anyone's life. Thus far, no evidence of any weapons discovered on their person or in the vehicle let alone actually using any at the time of the ambush at the port-o-potties.
