What is the most important thing in your life?
Family orientated people might say their kids, or if they’re not in the picture, maybe your husband/boyfriend? If you’re still single, perhaps it’s your parents, a brother or sister, a friend etc.?
Maybe you’ve made your career a priority.
Perhaps your dog or cat is your focus.
Or is cash – wealth the most important thing to you?

Those are the basic things people can gravitate toward. But they are just that – things, and things are finite. Kinda like our lives on this 3rd rock from the sun.
What about eternity? What about God?
The fall of the Roman Empire happened this way, by destroying the history, the principles, the ideals everyone saw as common ground, things we could all agree on. Everything that made up the pillars of that society was corrupted and destroyed.
The Rapture –
The promise Jesus made, that he goes before us to heaven, to prepare a place for us and he will come again to receive us so that where He is we can be also.
