Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot Orders Protestors at Her Home Be Arrested By The Police

This story is so crazy, if it wasn't memorialized by her own statements, nobody would believe it. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot ordered the Chicago Police to arrest the demonstrators and protestors that gathered in her neighborhood in front of her home. However, while the rest of her city burns, Police in those areas were told to NOT enforce the laws against the rioters and protestors. That's right. And Mayor Lightfoot did not even try to hide her hypocrisy. In fact, she knew it would receive some kickback and said she didn't care would people would say or think about her decision. She said the safety of her wife and child were more important to her than anything else.

So, for the record, just so it's clear, Mayor Lori Lightfoot told the officers of the Chicago Police Department to essentially "let the protestors protest, loot, burn and destroy property." But the second the protesters entered her neighborhood and came to her home, she IMMEDIATELY ordered the police to ARREST EVERYBODY.

So the lives and property of her constituents are not important enough to have the police protect them. But HER life and property is?
