In the USA, it would be considered sexual assault to pull down a woman's panties and tie her to a pole to be humiliated in public. This Ukrainian woman is not a looter. Her "crime" was that her primary language is Russian. In much of the Donbass region, the majority of people speak Russian as their primary language instead of Ukrainian.
