Douglas County treasurer is sued over millions of ‘in-lieu-of-tax’ errors

Douglas County Treasurer John Ewing has joined his Sarpy County counterpart in getting sued over the mistaken distribution of millions of dollars of in-lieu-of-tax revenue.
