Partial atomic charges from Avogadro & Gromacs software

In this video I explain how you can draw a molecule in Avogadro and get the information about partial atomic charges from the implemented force fields in this visualization program. I also show how you can get the information about the force fields and charges from the databases implemented in Gromacs software
