Phyllotaxis and a Cactus (Fibonacci numbers in Nature's Spirals)
19
A meditative animation counting clockwise and anticlockwise spirals on a cactus. The totals fit the Fibonacci Sequence of numbers (in this case 13 and 21). The musical sound track lends itself to a peaceful contemplation of the beauty and mystery of Nature as the video gently explores this example of the wonderful world of Phyllotaxis.
