Interview with Nick and Arnie from Gordon Biersch Brewing Restaurant on 4th Street in Louisville, KY. These guys were authentic and just a couple of laid back yeast wranglers. Nick was really comfortable answering questions. My guess is he has done more interviews than me. These are the kind of guys you just want to hang with and have a couple of beers.
