Business leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic represents the biggest challenge many leaders have faced in their professional lives. This pandemic forced business owners to assess the state of their cash flow and reconsider all available options in their decision process. As most business leaders had to approach cash-flow management to be an integral element of a company’s overall COVID-19 risk assessment, cash-flow investing has been increasingly attractive during times of increased market volatility.

I had an honor of interviewing Seth Ferguson, founder and CEO of Multifamily Real Estate Investments Inc. Seth is a host of real estate TV show and real-estate investment podcast. He is also author of “Sell For More” and conference chair for “The Multifamily Conference”
