The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about an unprecedented economic and social crisis that has affected every business. I had an honor of interviewing David Town, Co-founder and Principal at Virtual Leadership Matters Inc. He has been supporting organizational leaders to successfully navigate the unknowns of managing virtual teams while maintaining and enhancing productivity.
