Engineering the Weather

Apparently China is now building the world largest weather-modification program to cover area larger than India, and they still call us the tin hat brigade.

The USA has been working on weather modification since at least the 1960s, if not earlier. You can bet this system is well ahead of what they have been telling us.

If you can do this, you can do the reverse. You can create drought conditions. You can raise the temperature of the earth. You can set fire to it.

You can create 'climate change.'
