Biden Assistant Secretary for Health Levine says we need to "empower" kids to go on puberty blockers and be able to get their gentials surgically removed/altered.

"We really want to base our treatment and to afffirm and to support and empower these youths, not to limit their participation in activies and sports and even their ability to get gender affirmation treatment in their state."

When he says "empower", they really mean sterilize the youth.
