Iran, U.S. negotiate nuclear deal by exchanging written messages
Iran is exchanging written messages with the U.S. through representatives of the European Union to lift unilateral sanctions against Iran, according to Iran’s Tasnim news agency. Iranian negotiators will make final changes to the agreement.
