Let’s talk – Integrity!

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, Integrity is “the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you refuse to change”.
What and where is the origin of integrity?

"Integer" is the Latin word for "whole."
English definitions of integrity include being truthful and having a strong moral compass.

For example, a president of the state is the man of highest integrity – that is just example not necessarily means a truthful statement.
Do you agree that Integrity is one of the most important qualities for both life and leadership?

Integrity is defined as a person's completeness and acceptance of all known and existing diversity.

Integrity has a personal component in addition to moral principles.
So, because of this, maintaining integrity is more of a way of life than it is a goal.
That is the job of each individual who decided to have a life of integrity.
The power of integrity enables us to be the finest versions of ourselves.
That being said, when we have integrity, we will influence people around us with decision making. A well being person of integrity will be seen as the top leadership quality.
