Step 1: Learn every move an enemy makes
Step 2: Learn which moves can be parried and which moves must be avoided
Step 3: Learn the timing to parry and dodge each of the afore mentioned moves
Step 4: Execute the fight without dying
This process may take awhile but once you have done it once it will be easier every time going forward.
