Science is cool - Iloilo City and climate change

Factor that affect sea level rising, under ground water subsiding scenarios, the elevation of geography and gravitational force of the moon and the earth. This are the factor might play on this low lying areas in Iloilo City Philippines flooding without any rains last July 15, 2022.

This time I will be focusing in this latest scenario which is flooding due to high tide without any rains. But what is the cause?
