FED minutes released and mortgage rates spike - not ideal

FED minutes show they are ready to do what it takes to fight inflation including further tightening. Last time they raised 75 basis points, mortgage rates dropped .25% so why was today different? I have a theory that makes sense so we'll go with that until we see what's really going on. Mortgage demand has dropped a lot even as rates have gotten better the last couple weeks. I'll lay out exactly how to play this market if you're a buyer. Hope it helps! Links below :)
