The HolyTrinity of Healing and Integration: Psychedelics, Dopamine , and Flow-state Lifestyle

After decades of immersionn in the theory and practice of various techniques of consiousness enhancement and expansion, I have with great pleasure (and relief) engineered my own unique contribution to the field: Flow-state Lifestyle.

Following the deeply traumatic suicide of my mother in 2016, my physical health bagan a steady descent that would eventually render me mostly bedridden for close to a year. Eventually, using a combination of ayahuasca and several medicinal plants from the Amazon where I live, I was able to turn things around. Still, the loss of so much productivity from having my life derailed for so long weighed heavily on me. This was compounded by economic woes driven by COVID and later, the looming threat of WWIII.

I started to think about how I could reestablish my zeal and enthusiasm beyond what the ayahuasca could inspire in the hopes of making up lost time and getting back on track. The first thing that came to mind was dopamine, and so, after considerable research, I concluded that the popular trend of dopamine fasting is completely wrong, and that the key is , through a combination of diet and exercise, to increase my baseline dopamine levels, avoinding the sort of manic swings that can come from spikes that are not sustainable.

That was great, but the real revelation came after watching a video on flow-state. I realised immedately that very early in my life I had intuitively structured my habits, interests, and entire consciousness for maximum flow-state access. This revelation led to a series of others, all of them beautifully and inextricably intertwined. I realized that our society is engineered to supress flow-state, and that everything that remedies the ills caused by our toxic culture, support it.
I have designed a program and course around these revelations and integrated it all into our retreats in the Amazon. I am certain that this protocol wll, combined with psychedelic therapies, will do more for depression, addiction, ptsd, than anything that currently exists, as well as enhancing creativity and quality of life to an unprecedented degree.

During this Lightstream I will give a detailed overview of how it all works. I am thrilled beyond words to have the honor of concieving of this program that I know will do unbelivably good things for all of the people that undertake it. Aho!
