Japanese Understanding Not Required For Western Localizers EDITOR! XSEED Games Looking to Hire More

XSEED games is a western localizer for many popular games such as Rune Factory 5, Story of Seasons, and Legend of heroes is looking to fill a couple of new positions. Now one of them is just an assistant position and I don't think the controversy really applies to that position but since the other position is an editor spot. Some way said in order to edit and review translated scripts, it might be a good idea to be able to read the original text, but at XSEED games that's not a problem. Why is an understanding of Japanese not required for a editing position at a western localizer? Lets find out.
