Great jobs report, rates jump and 2 banks shut their doors

The jobs report was a nice surprise, but it will keep the FED in the closet so we're back to bizarro world where good news is bad and bad news is good (for stocks/crypto) but this is 100% good news for real estate. Rates went up slightly this week and two mortgage banks closed their doors abruptly, so is this something to be concerned with? Also, if I'm a buyer in San Diego and want to get a deal, how do I set myself up for success? This and more! Links below :)
