Parents of accused Oxford High shooter ask Court of Appeals to throw out case against them

The parents of the accused Oxford High School shooter are fighting to get their case dismissed. James & Jennifer Crumbley are asking the Michigan Court of Appeals to also rule evidence inadmissible.
