What is 360 wellness to you?
A whole wellness approach to me is all about mind, body & spirit. Doing activities everyday that help to improve our health or connection to all three of these aspects. Whether that’s meditating for the mind, working out for the body, or being playful for the spirit as an example. I believe approaching life like this helps us become a more rounded healthy individual. This enriches our lives, our relationships with others and ourselves, and also adds positivity to our collective consciousness and uplifts us all ☺️🙏✨💪
